| Is there any reason not to just directly dump anything sent to sponge-talk directly in the trash, so I can avoid being plagued with these stupid emails sent to all the dorms about stupid nonsense like Facebook? |

That's basically what I do, although it doesn't handle people who BCC things. |

Usually those go to a real list like "undergrads", though, since, for instance, they want to get people who live off-campus. |
