I purchased a little vacuum from Target a few days ago. Now I find that some models of this vacuum (as well as a few others produced by the company) have been recalled after reports of exploding batteries.
Now, the recall notice states that the problem units have a label about the battery size on their serial plates (mine has this labeling). However, it also gives a range of serial numbers of recalled units, and the serial number on mine does not fall within that range. Could it be that whomever wrote the notice would list a feature (the label) not unique to problem units as a way to identify problem units?
On a scale from 1 to Prof. Arturo (from Sliders, he was basically lobotomized, shot, then left on a planet being destroyed by a 'rogue pulsar'), how dead am I?
