Every populist book-ranking thing has Twilight nonsense listed as one of the greatest books of all time.
I believe this is the single greatest example of why people should not be allowed to vote. It's far too dangerous. People who think to themselves, "Crime and Punishment or Twilight...hmm...gotta go with Twilight here," are deciding your elections. Flee for your lives. |

Yeah, no plagiarizing there. I'm pretty sure that if you were also trying to write a completely derivative vampire novel for teen girls with marriage and babies involved it would have to end up like that.
The only crime is how shitty they both are.

I think there's just a limited set of words you can use if you are writing terrible vampire books, so similar scenes inevitably sound the same.

Yeah I figured. I have no idea what it is other than I saw it in a display in both the MIT Coop and Borders and the covers looked like Harry Potter sort of. |
