So the Patriots are one of the two teams forced to go to London to play a football game this upcoming season. A couple weekends ago there was an MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and the owner of the Patriots mentioned this in a panel:

Really, 3/4ths of them don't have passports? They don't spend their millions of dollars flying to Paris or going to some tropical island? I thought that was strange. Do black people hate vacations? |

I don't want to be another statistic, but... I hate vacations (in the sense of traveling).

It's not an American football field, it's a British football field, meaning a soccer stadium, and the turf is not prepared for the game.
When the Giants played there in 2007, in addition to the streaker that ran on the field (of course), it was a total slop-fest, probably the worst surface played on in the NFL in the last ten years. |
