So... there hasn't been much forum activity these past few days.

The number in the bottom right is the amount of loyalty counters the card has when it enters play. It can cast one spell a turn whenever you could play a sorcery, and casting the spell as adds or removes loyalty counters as per the numbers.
Whenever a planeswalker has <1 loyalty counter, it's dead. Also, damage done to you can be assigned to the planeswalker in such a way that 1 damage removes 1 loyalty counter.
