Looks like I only have 1 gig of ram, damn. I had no idea.
So say I wanted to buy some more, how do I go about making sure I'm getting the right sticks? Is there anything I should be looking for on the RAM itself, etc? I have no idea what kind it is. |

Right there on the front page is a utility that will check the specs on your computer and tell you what sort of ram you need. Then you can take that information to newegg.com and make it happen.
There isn't really too too much to specify, and crucial.com will tell you everything that you need to get the right sort of ram.

Again, there's a shit ton of sleep I didn't get last night, but everything looks good from over here.
I'd also recommend buying a matched pair.

Yeah... Firefox and NoScript got in the way of the visa verification so I had to reorder with a different browser.
Rather, for all intents and purposes they looked like they got in the way but did not. Any way, I called them already and sadly the order has already shipped. Can't cancel, just have to refuse the delivery of the extra packages and I will get my money back. |
