| In other DOOMCom news: This morning there appeared to be about one humane mouse trap per square meter around the couch/bathroom area. There weren't any mice in them, as far as I could tell. I approve of the... humaneness. |

The RADAR mousetrap, invented by Rentokil Pest Control, kills trapped mice or other rodents with carbon dioxide, then notifies the user by e-mail so that the trap can be quickly emptied and reset[12]. Rentokil claims that the trap is painless and also reduces future mouse deaths by pinpointing the exact location of the trap and how many animals are caught so that their access can be controlled by sealing access holes. |

Rambo would walk in, destroy every mouse within a mile of here, and leave their corpses behind as a warning to any mice that might consider moving in after them.
No emails and no reseting necessary.

| The humane mousetraps are there because of the cat. Ken came by after I sent him an email about her catching 3 mice this semester and told me that he ordered humane mousetraps to put around DOOMCom so that the cat wouldn't get caught in one of those sticky ones. |

What's wrong with killing mice?
If you don't kill them they just come back. If you have termites in your house you don't gather them up lovingly and then carry them to the nearest woodpile. You hire some guy to spray the shit out of them with chemicals.
In this case yes humane traps are way better for the cat. |
