So how about that Hobbit movie?
Apparently the Pan's Labyrinth/Hellboy guy is going to direct it. And there will be a second prequel, not based on the books. Supposedly it deals with what Gandalf is doing while The Hobbit is happening.
I'm excited, despite the fact it will be two or three years until they're released. |

I'm fully behind a Hobbit movie (although the animated version is actually really good), but the above makes me very nervous.
