So, I'm watching some sort of bowling craziness on CBS, and I've got to say:
The United States Bowling Congress is now my most favored of the congresses.

Speaking of Congress, from our good friend, golf announcer David Feherty:

I'm really not sure how to interpret this. Is he just very Republican and (therefore?) disloyal to the US, or is he implying that all US soldiers are Republican and (therefore?) disloyal to the US?

The problem is that he, like everyone who speaks in public, are so overly deferential about the military (even when it isn't relevant) that any criticism of what he's saying turns into "you don't support the troops."
I find pretty much every part of that column to be, at best, asinine.
... also, shallow and pedantic.
