| When I knock to be let into Senior House, the desk worker generally pressed the switch without looking up from their computer. But when I use my card to open the door, they inevitably look over to see who came in with a very suspicious look on their face. Why do they seem to trust random people who knock but not people who clearly live in Senior House? |

This is a rather strange phenomenon, and I've noticed it as well.
