So, I watched the first National Treasure movie last night: it was funny and entertaining.
I'm in the middle of the second one now... I was really wondering where they would take it considering that the treasure was found in the first movie.
Nicolas Cage just decided that, "I'm [Cage] going to kidnap the President of the United States"
Fantastic.
I think that the quality that makes these movies so good is that they really are documentaries and filmed in real time.

I really have to agree with this. I usually find movies wherein extremely talented and professional organizations (Secret Service, FBI, CIA, etc) are made to look useless or incompetent (especially in comparison to 'evil criminal organizations' or hipster 20-something hackers) to be extremely irritating.
This guy stole the Declaration of Independence and kidnapped the President and I loved every minute of it.
Where's that National Treasure 3? Page 47?
