Didn't we cover this approximately 220 years ago?
Also, shouldn't these communities desire real US dollars such that they can spend their resources on goods and services from beyond the boarders of their crappy little towns?

| Our friend who lectured about Walmart might say that people in those communities should take advantage of that as hard as possible, though. Even if we as Americans lose in general, they win in particular. |
