Apparently they canceled my flight to Pittsburgh some time after I checked it yesterday and before I showed up at the airport. And the only alternative, a flight from JFK to Pittsburgh is sold out for obvious reasons.
Now I have to talk to these people and somehow fly somewhere else. This is stupid. |

Nope. And apparently JetBlue doesn't fly to either Atlanta or Columbus so I have absolutely no clue how I am getting to this wedding now. |

Thanks, dear. Originally my mom wanted me to take a bus but I convinced her that it was approximately the same price to fly, which is sad but true.
So I talked to some woman in Salt Lake City, Utah (I don't know why the automated recording announced this fact but whatever). A dog barked in the background while I was talking to her, which is quite strange. Do they work out of their homes?
Apparently the flight from JFK to Pittsburgh was not sold out and had 8 seats available, but the flight to JFK is leaving at 6 and it's almost 5 and I'm sitting in my apartment because the one guy at the JetBlue counter who speaks both English and Spanish told me that it was sold out and I couldn't get to Pittsburgh until tomorrow.
Also they don't allow you to fly somewhere else than your original destination, and you can't use a different airline either.
So I got a refund and we'll see what happens. |

Because all phone workers are in India unless indicated otherwise. |
