I really don't like the way that this is being discussed in the media, or even as quoted from the President in that article.
It all suggests that that Supreme Court decided that it doesn't like Bush's policies and said so in the ruling. The Court ruled on a matter of law, damnit. The ruling says that we have to follow our own laws, and what those laws mean.
Apparently, patriotic Americans (the ones who morally disagree with the Court's ruling) love America, but hate upholding our own laws.

And I think if you take a cumulative score since like the 1700s it's:

Andrew Jackson: 1 (what a Supreme Court-defying, Indian-killing bitch)
