| I know little about tennis conventions/rules, but the commentators on CNN were saying that the call shouldn't have been made without an instant replay or some kind of video review... I guess she should have said "pardon me, but I'd appreciate a review of that call." Heh. Is that allowed in tennis? |

They have instant replay, and crazy physics probability interpolating cameras to determine whether a ball going 125 mph happened to graze a thin white line in its deformed bouncing-off-the-ground shape. You also can't say "I swear to God I'm fucking going to take this fucking ball and shove it down your fucking throat, you hear that? I swear to God," without incurring a penalty.
Speaking of quality tennis, the Maestro is destroying the hopes and dreams of another young up-and-comer on CBS right now. |
