Apparently he wants a change of venue. Do they allow you to move it to another country that doesn't like baseball? Because anywhere in California he's going to be fucked, and deservedly so. What kind of "fair trial" can they possibly be looking for when he is completely and totally guilty of the crime committed? Is there even a defense that can be offered? He was over the legal limit and killed 3 people. I don't get it. |
